Williams Custom Building was founded in 1999 by David Williams Jr. We are a family owned business with a passion for complete customer satisfaction. Our company holds an unlimited NC Building license, which qualifies us to complete both residential and commercial construction projects. Over the past 10 years, Williams Custom Building has worked with more than 250 satisfied customers in the triangle area. We have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, as well as a long list of customer references and testimonials. During the past 10 years we have completed projects ranging from $1000 to $1.5 million

We are members of the Wake Forest and Rolesville Chambers of Commerce, Franklin County Home Builders Association, PHRANC (Professional Housing Rehabilitation Association of North Carolina), and the NFIB (National Federation of Independent Business).

Williams Custom Building prides itself on the professionalism of our employees. We currently have 6 employees: Manager, Salesperson, Estimator, Superintendent, Project Design Coordinator, and an Administrative Assistant. From the first phone call you will feel these employees are working to achieve your complete satisfaction. Each one of these employees takes pride in knowing they have the skills to properly complete the task they are employed to do. We provide each employee with monthly training in their area of expertise either through coaching or seminars. In addition to the job training they receive, Williams Custom Building provides each employee with safety training each month to ensure not only their safety, but our customer’s safety as well.
