Recently due to broken pipes in my attic, my ceiling collapsed, flooding almost the entire first floor of my house. As I was out-of-town at the time and not planning on returning immediately, I needed to find a contractor not only to repair the damage, but to act as my representative and liaison with the insurance adjuster.
